Pierson Construction Corporation was incorporated by Richard Pierson in 1983 as a general engineering construction company. Over the subsequent years, Pierson Construction Corporation (“Pierson”) has constructed well over a thousand projects with a focus on road work and municipal utilities.
Pierson has continually strived for complete client satisfaction with emphasis on safety, timely completion and cost-effectiveness. Pierson was practicing a win/win philosophy well before it became popular.
Pierson is experienced in virtually all contracting methods, having performed negotiated, hard bid, CM@Risk, JOC, cost plus and Time and Materials contracts.
With its 25 plus years of general contracting experience, Pierson has taken a keen interest in the Alternative Delivery Methods (ADM) of contracting prevalent in the last 8 years, such as CM@Risk and JOC. We have delivered numerous ADM projects with very high client satisfaction and repeat work requests.
We have performed work for most municipal agencies in and around Maricopa County, Central and Northern Arizona as well as County and State, ADOT, municipalities, public utilities, irrigation districts, both publicly and privately held development companies and many general building contractors. Our project list is equally diverse having constructed roads, sewer, water, storm, and irrigation lines, pumping stations, site work, commercial work and airport site work.
Pierson is a community team player contributing money and time to such charities as Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Haley’s Open, Global Sports Alliance-USA, Junior Achievement and others.
